This wine comes bursting with red fruit flavours of cherry, red plum, cranberry, and raspberry, notes of Wallet, dried herb and smoky ash like earthiness. A medium bodied wine, high acidity and intense tannins which means best paired with rich foods, roast lamb, scotch, fillet, salami and cheese.
