Nero is cultivated in Sicily Italy and now in the Riverland of South Australia. This great variety lends itself to our typical hot climate conditions. The nose is floral with sweet spice, the palate is light to medium bodied and fresh with red cherry, juicy strawberries finishing with cleansing natural acidity. Soft but distinct tannins. Old world rustic finesse but does so with style, balance and structure. Perfect to drink as a young wine anytime of the day. Pairs well with poultry, pork, grilled steak, soft cheeses, pasta & pizza
